It makes it just so much easier and more relaxed. What we have done for ourselves alone dies with us; what we have done for others and the world remains and is immortal. I like to spend my time with my children. We trust something in a grocery store and assume it's good. We don't learn about the most precious thing in life-the food we put in our body. Educate yourself! The only consistent hobby I've had is studying Spanish and French because of some delusion of grandeur to work around the world. I love sports but usually I'm looking for the next job. If you get it out into the urban field it's going to be used or misused but it'll also probably provide a way of people acknowledging what the aesthetic is about because people have to confront it every day. War is never fatal but always lost. Always lost. What do I have to say to the universe? A soul ought to have something to say to the universe if it's going to be immortal. That's what makes Linux so good: you put in something, and that effort multiplies. It's a positive feedback cycle. The left and right are not religious categories. They're often not even value categories.
