All I want to do is make sure that art is available to all Americans in a participatory way, whether you engage in the art process yourself or you're an audience member. I think that the consciousness of passion makes you act very differently. I've been working with the National Lung Health Education Program to raise awareness about Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. In difficult times, it's so hard to look around and to see what to be grateful for. I've been taking art classes for a couple of years; I love to draw. My life's a wreck, and I love it.
